What it does
UNMIX::DRUMS uses source separation to change the level of drums inside a mixed track.
- Range: boost drums by up to 18 dB, or reduce them to near silence.
- Frequency dependent: the drum level can be set separately across the spectrum.
- Extras: a sample-accurate sub-bass resynthesizer, a precise analyzer display, mid/side mode and an output limiter.
When to use it
Useful when you only have a stereo mix: mastering fixes for weak drums, remixes, DJ edits and sampling. When you have the individual tracks, it is unnecessary.
