What it does
A surround imaging and panning tool for multichannel mixes (5.0 and 5.1).
- Imaging: surround imaging and space controls, including low-frequency width and perceived depth.
- Panning: distance panning.
When to use it
Only relevant if you mix in 5.0/5.1 surround. For stereo work use S1 Stereo Imager instead. For Dolby Atmos-type immersive formats, Waves' Spherix is aimed at that job.
