What it does
NLS models analog summing on three legendary mixing consoles, with over 100 individually modelled channels. It adds console colour and saturation to buss and channel summing.
- Three consoles: modelled console options to choose from.
- Channel and buss use: insert it on individual channels and on buss/master outputs.
- Colour and drive: adds analog-style saturation as level increases.
When to use it
For giving a digital mix some console-style glue and subtle saturation, at the cost of one instance per channel. Compared with rated saturation plugins like Decapitator, its effect is intentionally subtle and cumulative, so it does most when used across many tracks.
Suits mixing of any genre where you want an analog-console flavour.
