Morphoder is a synth vocoder that lets you combine two audio signals, for example a voice and a carrier, to make robotic or unusual sounds.

When to use it

A dedicated vocoder for classic robot-voice effects and rhythmic or melodic material driven by drums and other sources. For voice-driven harmonies and talkbox-style effects, OVox from the same developer is the more flexible option. Unlike the rated pitch tools (Auto-Tune, Melodyne), it vocodes rather than corrects pitch.

Suits electronic, synth-pop, hip-hop and film/game sound design.
