What it does

Elephant is Voxengo's mastering limiter. The developer says its most remarkable feature is sonic transparency, limiting and maximizing loudness without audible "fuzz" and "pumping" artifacts.

Limiter modes: 13 predefined limiter modes plus a limiter mode editor and an optional release stage.
True-peak limiting: up to 8x linear-phase oversampling to avoid inter-sample overshoots.
Metering: EBU R128 LUFS/LU metering, K-system metering, headroom estimation, and RMS and true-peak clipping statistics.
Finishing tools: noise-shaped TPDF bit-depth converter and a DC offset removal filter.
