What it does
GENOME is Two Notes' modular guitar and bass tone platform. It combines amp models, pedals, studio effects and the DynIR virtual cabinet engine in one plugin.
- Amps and effects: the TSM-Ai amp series, pedals and studio effects, with extra amps and effects available as paid add-ons (for example the SnakeBite50, Diabolus, Rampage and Samhain metal amps, also included in GENOME Suite).
- Cabinets: DynIR virtual cabinets with dual-mic control and positioning.
- Availability: there is a 14-day trial, and existing Two Notes users and hardware owners can qualify for free lifetime licences.
- Version 1.8 added free pitch effects (Dual Octaver, Pitch Mix) and improved tuner detection.

When to use it
GENOME is aimed at players who want a flexible, expandable rig: a free core plus paid amps. It competes with Guitar Rig 7 Pro, AmpliTube 5 and BIAS X, with the DynIR cabinet engine as its main selling point. The free GENOME Intro is the easy way to try it first.
- Genres: clean to high-gain guitar and bass, with the paid amp packs skewed towards rock and metal.
