Echorus
by Tritik · Chorus · Chorus + echo
Not rated yet
A chorus with four of Tritik's own chorus algorithms, an echo section that feeds back into the chorus, and analog-modelled high-pass and low-pass filters.
It is used for warm chorus on guitars and synths, and the echo feedback extends it into flanging, pitched resonances and ambient textures.
Best for: Guitars, Keys & Synths, Vocals, Sound Design. Genres: Rock & Indie, Electronic & EDM, Ambient & Cinematic.
Keywords: chorus, analog-sounding, electric guitar, flanger, synths, resizable UI, warm, A/B compare, mixing, preset-driven, retro, sound design, spacious, vocals, wide.
What it does
Echorus is Tritik's "augmented" chorus: four original chorus algorithms combined with an echo section and analog-modelled filters.
- Four chorus modes: Retro, Multi, Detune and Random, with Rate, Depth and Width.
- Echo: delay time and feedback, feeding back into the chorus for flanging, pitched resonances or ambient effects.
- Output: analog-modelled high-pass and low-pass filters, mix and output gain.
- Interface: resizable and Retina-ready, A/B switch, 50+ presets.
When to use it
A warm, easy chorus for guitars and synths with more range than a pedal-style plugin, thanks to the echo feedback. Echo times are set in milliseconds rather than synced to tempo; for deeper modulation see Syntorus 2.
What producers say
- Bedroom Producers Blog (2017) rated it 92%, calling it one of the most analog-sounding digital effects they had heard; the gripes were no tempo sync on the echo and echoes tied to the feedback setting.
Where to buy
- Tritik: $55.64 (Listed at €49; converted at €1 = $1.1355 (ECB rate, 29 Sep 2026))
