RAV3 is The Producer School's rompler-style synth for 90s rave chord stabs, modeled on the character of 1990s hardware romplers.
- Engine: two independent sample layers, with 250+ stab sounds in six categories: Organ, Piano, Synth, Orchestra, Bass and Multi.
- Effects: a five-stage chain of filter, distortion, crush, tempo-synced delay and reverb.
- Content: 150+ presets and a Smart Randomizer.

When to use it
RAV3 is a single-purpose tool for one sound, so it is quicker for rave, hardcore, house and old-school dance stabs than opening a general synth or sampler. It is not meant to replace a general-purpose instrument.
