SEER is a free plugin that combines 42 audio-reactive visuals with 14 meters, from LUFS loudness and true peak to a spectrogram, and exports 1080p clips with the track's audio.
It runs as VST3, AU and standalone on macOS and Windows and is free with an emailed licence key.
Best for: Mix Bus, Mastering. Genres: all genres.
Keywords: metering, audio visualizer, free, true-peak, built-in analyzer, low latency, standalone app, broadcast, video export, mastering, oversampling, zero-latency.
What it does
SEER is the first plugin from The Ghost Production, a Lithuanian marketplace for ready-made tracks and custom production. It does two jobs in one window, arranged as tiles: reactive visuals for showing a track, and real meters for checking it.
- Visuals: 42 visuals (36 at launch, six added in 1.1.0) such as mesa, halo, skyline, coil, eclipse, ripple, tide and spiral. Six of them draw meter data, for example horizon (tonal balance), river (loudness over time) and breath (stereo correlation).
- Meters: 14 meters: peak and RMS level with an overs counter, 4x-oversampled true peak, loudness (momentary, short-term and integrated LUFS, LRA, PLR) with history, spectrum, spectrogram, goniometer, correlation, stereo width, oscilloscope, dynamics and a seven-zone tonal balance.
- Loudness targets: ITU BS.1770 and EBU R128 loudness, with deltas for Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Amazon, Tidal, Deezer, club and R128 targets.
- Looks: 14 colour palettes and 46 ready-made tile layouts, plus your own.
- Film export: renders the screen at 1080p with the DAW audio in 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9, as MP4 (H.264/AAC) or MOV (lossless PCM), with cover-card, bottom-strip and title templates for artwork and track info; no watermark by default.
- Standalone extras: drag-and-drop file playback, a SYSTEM source that shows the computer's audio, and a small always-on-top PIN window.
- Zero latency: audio passes through unchanged.
Version 1.1.2 came out on 16 September 2026 (1.0.0 was released on 4 September 2026). It is free.

When to use it
SEER is the pick when you want one free plugin that both shows off a track and checks it: its loudness, true-peak and tonal-balance meters are working tools, and the film exporter makes vertical or square clips with your artwork. Compared with Photism or Visual Lab Pro, its visuals are simpler and more graphic, but neither of those has meters or costs nothing. Next to SUPERNOVA, the other free option here, its visuals are less dramatic. It is very new (September 2026), so it has no track record yet.
- Best for: checking loudness against streaming targets while making a release clip from the same session.
- Genres: any.
- Look elsewhere if: you want deeper, more painterly visuals (Photism), live performance tools (Visual Lab Pro, VS 2) or exports above 1080p (Photism, Sphere V3).
