What it does
TAL-BassLine-101 is a monophonic bass synth in the style of the Roland SH-101, with a built-in sequencer and arpeggiator.
- Filter: a 24 dB zero-feedback-delay low-pass filter with an analog-style character, plus filter FM for extra sound-design range.
- Oscillators: alias-free, so they hold up at all sample rates.
- Playing aids: an arpeggiator with several sync modes, a 96-step sequencer with MIDI export, and portamento in original RC and linear modes.
- Voices: mono by default, with an optional 6-voice polyphonic mode.
- Extras: over 300 presets, MIDI learn and automation, and a de-clicker for slower envelopes.

When to use it
A focused bass synth rather than an all-rounder: the sequencer and arpeggiator let you sketch a bassline inside the plugin without leaving the synth. It is narrower than Vital or Sylenth1; this is the one for a dedicated bass-and-sequence workflow.
