What it does

A single-knob tilt equaliser that moves a sound between brighter and warmer, made with hardware designer Paul Wolff.

One control: the Tilt knob raises the highs while lowering the lows, or the reverse.
Filters: high-pass and low-pass filters, including a 12 dB/oct option.
Transformer colour: modelled output transformer distortion.
Versions: Tonelux Tilt, Tilt Live (for managing ear fatigue in live sound) and an Amp Room module.

When to use it

Use it for fast broad tonal moves when a full parametric EQ is more than you need. It suits taming a bright or dull track, or nudging a whole mix warmer or brighter. It isn't for surgical cuts; reach for a parametric such as Pro-Q 4 for those.
