What it does

AirEQ Premium is Slate's Eiosis equaliser for mixing and mastering.

Use: for mixing and mastering across genres.

When to use it

AirEQ Premium is a broad-strokes tone shaper rather than a surgical EQ like FabFilter Pro-Q 4, so it suits quick, musical moves on buses and the master. For tighter corrective work, use a parametric EQ alongside it. Air & Earth EQ is the cheaper, two-band version of the same idea.
