A multi-voice, dual-engine dimensional expander that covers chorus, ensemble and flanging-style widening, billed as a 12-in-1 tool.

Six custom-shaped LFOs, COLOR modes and an ENRICH delay-line control aim for thick, wide sound without comb filtering and with good mono compatibility.

Best for: Vocals, Keys & Synths, Bass, Guitars. Genres: Pop, R&B & Soul, Electronic & EDM, Hip-Hop & Trap, Ambient & Cinematic.

Keywords: chorus, wide, flanger, mono-compatible, thick, enhancement, bass, vocals, spacious, swirling, synths, cinematic, fat, mixing, pads, transparent.

What it does

Sonsig ACE is Relab's "Dimensional Expander" ("Effortless Width. Limitless Dimension."), a modulation plugin built on its multi-voice, dual-engine ACE (Advanced Chorus Ensemble) technology for widening and thickening sources.

12-in-1 design: covers transparent stereo thickening through to swirling chorus and flanging-style textures.
Six hand-tuned LFOs: custom waveshaped LFOs that stay locked when pushed, to avoid phase and sync problems.
COLOR modes: NATURAL, THICK, FAT and more, shaping the tone of the modulation itself.
ENRICH: a delay-line design that widens and deepens the stereo image without comb-filter artifacts.
Mono compatibility: designed to reduce center congestion while holding up when summed to mono.

When to use it

ACE is the choice when you want one plugin that goes from subtle widening to deep ensemble swirl while staying clean and mono-safe, with more modulation voices than a classic two-LFO chorus. Eventide TriceraChorus, Universal Audio Studio D Chorus and Arturia Chorus DIMENSION-D are strong chorus and dimension alternatives to it on the site.

Best for: widening vocals, pads, synths and bass, and adding ensemble depth in a mix.
Genres: pop, R&B, electronic, hip-hop and cinematic work.
Look elsewhere if: you want an exact model of a specific vintage chorus pedal or rack unit.
Standout: the ENRICH control, which adds width without the usual comb-filtered chorus sound.

What producers say

Reviewers were positive, especially about clarity and depth compared with typical chorus plugins.

Happy Mag (2024) wrote "ACE has become my go-to Chorus in every session." and praised its clarity in mono.
Production Expert (2024) Luke Goddard said it "picks up where others simply offer maybe a couple of LFOs" and recommended it for dimensional chorus and flanging effects.
