ResDelay combines "two key production techniques - envelope filter and stereo delay - into one complete unit."
- Envelope filter: opens and closes with the input level; threshold and decay set the envelope, with frequency range, resonance and slope controls.
- Stereo delay: independent left and right times, stereo and ping-pong modes, feedback, and high and low cut.
- Timing: straight, dotted and triplet options.

When to use it
ResDelay puts a simple envelope filter and a stereo delay in one small window. It is simpler than FabFilter Timeless 3, which includes filters and modulation inside a far deeper delay, and unlike Softube's Model 72 Envelope Filter, a dedicated auto-wah, it adds a delay. Pick it for quick audio-triggered filter sweeps with echoes on drums, bass and synths.
