VisLM is NUGEN Audio's loudness meter for broadcast, film, TV and streaming delivery.
- Standards: ITU-R BS.1770, EBU R128 and ATSC A/85 (CALM) compliant, with Netflix-compatible settings and PlayStation and Xbox One targets.
- Meters: momentary, short-term and integrated loudness with true-peak monitoring.
- ReMEM: up to 24 hours of loudness history locked to timecode from the DAW or NLE, so you can go back to any section.
- Flags and alerts: true-peak and target violations logged against timecode and navigable from the display.
- Channels: surround up to 7.1.4.

When to use it
VisLM is the pick when loudness has to meet a delivery spec and you need to prove it. It costs more than WLM Plus, which covers similar standards, and it is less common for music than Youlean and Insight 2. VisLM's timecode-locked history is what sets it apart for long programmes.
- Best for: TV, film, games and podcast delivery, dialogue-heavy material, and surround and immersive mixes up to 7.1.4.
- Genres: film and cinematic work; less relevant for music-only producers.
- Look elsewhere if: you mix music for streaming (Youlean is free and quicker) or want a full metering suite (Insight 2).
