What it does
Reverb Classics is a pair of studio hall reverbs made with Softube, aimed at the lush, dynamic sound of two much-used hardware units.
- RC 24: a character hall with three algorithms and emulation of 12-bit converters.
- RC 48: a larger "royal" hall with two algorithms.
- Display: a visual display of the reverb shape for quick adjustments.

When to use it
Choose Reverb Classics for a vintage digital hall sound: dense, slightly grainy and musical, rather than realistic. It contrasts with modern, cleaner reverbs like FabFilter Pro-R 2, and is closer in spirit to Valhalla VintageVerb.
- Best for: vocals, snares, pads and 80s-style ambience.
- Genres: pop, ballads, synthwave and rock.
