What it does

MStereoProcessor is MeldaProduction's multiband stereo analyser and enhancer for mastering. The developer pitches it as a way to "easily control the stereo image" along with depth and space.

Global stage: overall panorama, widening and exciting for the whole signal.
Four bands: split the signal into four frequency bands, each with its own width and exciter, so you can widen the top while keeping the lows centred.
Crossovers: three crossover types to choose how the bands are divided.
Stereo analyser: a 2D stereo field display that shows the output's stereo profile in real time.
Metering and mono check: channel peak meters and a listening mode for checking mono compatibility.

When to use it

MStereoProcessor is the better pick when you want band-split width plus a per-band exciter in one plugin, with a stereo analyser built in. Compared with Ozone Imager, which also works in bands, it adds harmonic excitement and a global panorama stage, but Ozone Imager is free. It is more hands-on than Wider or S1 Stereo Imager, which give one simple width control instead of four bands. It does not aim for the natural, phase-safe spatial enhancement that StageOne 2 is built around, so it suits clear width adjustments more than subtle depth work.

Best for: mastering width adjustments, widening the highs while keeping the lows centred, and checking mono compatibility.
Genres: any.
Look elsewhere if: you want free band-split width (Ozone Imager), a one-knob widener (Wider), or more natural spatial enhancement (StageOne 2).
