A multiband flanger that can split the signal into up to six bands, each with its own flanging, and modulate almost any parameter.
Being able to leave the low end untouched makes it useful on bass-heavy material and full mixes, as well as guitars and synths.
Best for: Guitars, Keys & Synths, Drums, Sound Design. Genres: Electronic & EDM, Rock & Indie, Ambient & Cinematic.
Keywords: flanger, multi-band, electric guitar, bass, drums, sound design, synths, full mix, heavy, mixing, oversampling, randomize, tremolo.

When to use it
Best for sound design and for flanging only part of the spectrum, such as the top of a drum loop or a pad, without thinning the bass. For a quick, characterful vintage flange, the rated Instant Flanger Mk II is more immediate.
What producers say
- modwheel (2026) described it as the only flanger in its roundup that can leave your bass alone, but found the interface unintuitive and the sound audibly digital.
