Reverberate 3 by LiquidSonics

A true-stereo convolution reverb with two IR engines that loads your own WAV, AIFF or FLAC impulse responses.

Fusion-IR modulation, re-decaying from 0.25x to 1.75x and split early/late editing give recorded IRs much of the flexibility of an algorithmic reverb.

Best for: Vocals, Acoustic Instruments, Drums, Sound Design. Genres: all genres.

Keywords: impulse-response based, convolution, low latency, algorithmic, classic, digital classic, hardware emulation, chorus, drums, ducking, mixing, room, samples & loops, sidechain input, sound design, vocals, zero-latency.

What it does

Reverberate 3 is a "modulated true-stereo convolution reverb bringing your IR captures to life." It plays standard impulse responses and LiquidSonics' own Fusion-IR format, which adds captured modulation for a livelier tail.

The current version is 3.4.6. Owners of earlier versions get 50% off; optional expansion packs add captures such as a Bricasti M7.

When to use it

Reverberate 3 is a convolution reverb for people who collect impulse responses. Unlike Altiverb 8, which comes with a large curated library of real spaces, it is built for your own IRs, and it does more than Waves IR-1 and McDSP Revolver, which are simpler IR players. Pick Reverberate 3 when you want to modulate, re-decay and combine your own IRs at a low price.

What producers say

Reviewers and users highlight its flexibility and value; one user misses drag-and-drop IR loading.
