What it does
The 69 Series models the Helios Type 69 console, the desk behind many classic 1960s and 70s rock records.
- Pre-EQ-69: a 3-band active bell-style EQ for presence, air and low end.
- F760: a FET-style compressor/limiter with adjustable attack, release and ratio.
- Passive 69 EQ: a passive equaliser section.
- Interface: resizable window.

When to use it
Choose the 69 Series for a vintage British rock sound in one strip: an EQ for shaping tone and a FET compressor for punch. It sits between the fuller 80 Series and the cheaper single 500-series modules.
- Best for: drums, bass, guitars and vocals in rock, blues and soul.
- Look elsewhere if: you want a modern API-style strip (see the 50 Series).
Where to buy
- Plugin Alliance: $175
