What it does

Filter Table lets you create morphing filter effects by scanning through wavetables.

Wavetables: a curated set of spectral and formant tables; drag in your own wavetables or samples.
Editor: a built-in wavetable editor.
Controls: Cutoff (referenced to harmonic 24), Resonance and Mix, plus a 3D graph and spectrum plot.
Phase modes: Minimum, Linear, Original and Raw.

It is sold separately or included in the Kilohearts Subscription; it works with Kilohearts Snapin hosts. A 10-day trial is available.

When to use it

An unusual filter for evolving, vocal-like or spectral effects, rather than a standard low-pass or high-pass. It complements Kilohearts' free Formant Filter, which is fixed to vowel shapes, by letting you use any table. Suits sound design, synth processing and electronic music.
