What it does
White Channel is a channel strip modelled on a modern large-format analog console.
- EQ: two circuit designs, Black and Brown, switchable in real time.
- Dynamics: gate/expander and compressor, placed before or after the EQ or driven from the sidechain.
- Focus: modern bandwidth and signal-to-noise compared with IK's earlier British Channel.
- Included in: T-RackS 6 Max and Total Studio 5 Max.

When to use it
A one-plugin channel strip for drums, guitars, bass and other tracks that need EQ, gating and compression in one place. IK highlights hip-hop and R&B. If you want the older, grittier British console tone instead, look at IK's British Channel.
