What it does

The current version is 1.0.

When to use it

OCELOT Upmixer is built for one job: making mono sources stereo without phasey side effects or delay-based smearing. Compared with iZotope Ozone Imager, it is narrower in scope, with no multiband width control for existing stereo mixes, but it adds Tune and filter controls aimed at mono sources. Compared with Polyverse Wider, which is free and centers on a single width control, it gives more shaping plus correlation metering and a vector scope. Brainworx bx_stereomaker is the closer match in purpose; OCELOT Upmixer's draw is its spectral diffusion approach and zero latency.

What producers say

The few buyer reviews are very positive, mainly about ease of use and natural width.
