When to use it
Bloom Palette Modular gives the sound of a Eurorack rig without patching one. Unlike Softube Modular, a real virtual modular system where you patch modules yourself, it needs no patching, and it is narrower than Output Arcade and Lunacy CUBE, which are broader sample instruments. Pick Bloom Palette Modular when you want modular bleeps, sequences and textures ready to trigger and rearrange.
- Best for: modular-style sequences, percussion and textures for electronic and ambient tracks, without learning patching.
- Genres: techno, IDM, ambient, drum and bass and experimental electronic.
- Look elsewhere if: you want to patch and design sounds yourself; Softube Modular does that.
- Standout: samples of Mutable Instruments, Make Noise and ALM Busy Circuits modules in a quick trigger-and-sequence format.
