What it does
A tremolo based on the H9 algorithm that mixes AM/FM tremolo with feedback and detuned echoes. Eventide says it energises pads, synced chops and dreamy soundscapes.
- Controls: Mix, Spread, Feedback and tempo Sync, with multiple modulation waveforms and LFO sources.
- Performance: Slow/Fast/Brake modes, tap tempo, Ribbon control and MIDI CC 1-4.
- Presets: 50+ presets.
When to use it
More than a plain amplitude tremolo, with feedback and detuned echoes adding a swirling quality. Choose it over a simple tremolo when you want movement and depth on pads and guitars.
Best for ambient, shoegaze, psychedelic and synth-driven music.
