What it does

Ampknob Duet is a clean amp plugin based on a classic 1960s silverface amplifier, set up by Jens Bogren so it sounds finished as soon as you load it.

When to use it

Duet is the clean counterpart to the high-gain AmpKnobs. Bogren suggests jazz, blues, surf, country and funk, and it works as a clean base in front of pedal or effects chains. Like the other AmpKnobs, it has almost nothing to adjust, which suits players who want a finished tone quickly.
