When to use it

Fold offers harmonics that range from mild colouring to aggressive distortion. Wavefolding sounds different from clipping or tube saturation, so it suits bass, leads and drums where you want a metallic, animated edge.

Genres: electronic, experimental, bass music and synth-based music.
