What it does

Spatial D320 is Audiority's "Hybrid BBD Spatial Enhancer". It is inspired by the Roland SDD-320 Dimension D, but trades the hardware's four fixed buttons for continuous control and adds modern width and colour tools.

Version 1.0.1 (July 2026, a month after the 1.0 release) added the input and output gain stages and improved level matching. A demo is available; in demo mode the plugin outputs 3 seconds of silence every minute.

When to use it

Spatial D320 is the pick when you want the Dimension D sound as a flexible stereo tool rather than a museum piece. Compared with Chorus DIMENSION-D and Studio D Chorus, which stay close to the four original buttons, it lets you dial between modes, speed up the modulation and push the depth further. It also adds a valve stage, ambience, mid/side width and a goniometer that those recreations don't have. TriceraChorus covers more chorus territory overall, while Spatial D320 stays focused on subtle BBD widening.
