EchoVibe is a delay from Audio Assault built around a simple interface for creative experimenting.

It runs on Windows, macOS and Linux, and KVR lists it at $14.99.

Best for: Guitars, Vocals, Keys & Synths, Sound Design. Genres: all genres.

Keywords: creative, experimental, simple, beginner-friendly, Linux, mixing, original design, sound design, tight, vocals.

What it does

EchoVibe is a low-cost delay from Audio Assault, built to be easy to use while still offering plenty of options. The developer's stated aim was a delay that would "ignite the creative spark" and invite experimenting.

KVR lists version 1.1.0. Neither page states a demo, and Audio Assault's own page gives no full feature list, so check the developer's videos before buying.

When to use it

EchoVibe is a pick for when price matters more than depth. It costs a fraction of EchoBoy or Timeless 3. It has nothing like EchoBoy's range of modeled vintage echo styles or Timeless 3's modulation routing, and Audio Assault documents far less of what it does. Compared with Comeback Kid, another simple, character-focused delay, it is cheaper but much less documented, so judge it from the developer's videos rather than from a spec sheet.
