Presets: from Aaron Dessner, Bon Iver and others; it works with beats and instruments too.

When to use it

Slice is built for vocal chops, which most general samplers do with more manual setup. It is aimed at vocals but handles other material. Good for producers who make chopped-vocal hooks and want built-in effects.

Best for: vocal chops, hooks and playable vocal textures.
Genres: pop, hip-hop, electronic and indie.
