When to use it

A full mixing chain in one free plugin: gate, EQ, compressor and de-esser in a familiar console-style order. It suits vocals, guitars and drums when you want a quick, colourful first pass without loading several plugins.

Look elsewhere if you need surgical EQ or detailed dynamics; the four-band EQ and simple compressor are built for broad strokes.
