A multi-timbral sampler workstation with a 37 GB library: orchestral instruments, drums (including Nashville kits recorded at Blackbird Studios), pianos, keyboards, guitars, basses, choirs and synths.
It has a sample editor, a REX player, over 20 effect types and six Smart Knobs. It can also load SampleCell, Kontakt and EXS24 libraries.

What it does
Structure 2 is AIR's multi-timbral sampler with a large sound library.
- Engine: 128-level multi-timbral playback with unlimited parts per patch, 8-channel interleaved samples and up to 24-bit/192 kHz/7.1 surround.
- Editing: an integrated sample editor with zone mapping, a built-in REX player and a database browser.
- Mixing: over 20 stereo and surround effect types, six Smart Knobs with MIDI Learn, and up to 31 auxiliary outputs.
- Library and compatibility: orchestral, drums, percussion, pianos, keys, guitars, basses, choirs and synth sounds. It also loads SampleCell, Kontakt and EXS24 libraries.

When to use it
A budget, general-purpose sound library in one plugin, especially for Pro Tools users who already own AIR instruments. The sounds and interface are dated next to SampleTank 4 or Kontakt 8, so it's best as a cheap source of stock instruments rather than a creative sampler.
