A plugin that reduces (or boosts) the reverb already in a recording. It has an AI mode for dialogue and a manual mode for music and other sources.
It is used to dry up roomy dialogue, voice-overs and vocals, and to tame the room on instrument recordings.

What it does
DeVerberate 3 reduces or boosts reverb that's already in a recording.
- Dialogue mode: a deep-learning algorithm that removes reverb from speech automatically.
- Manual mode: for music and other audio, with controls for reverb level and decay time.
- Early reflections filter: reduces short room reflections as well as the reverb tail.
- Tone shaping: an emphasis filter with shelves and a peak, plus a spectrum display of input, output and estimated reverb.
It supports sample rates up to 96 kHz.

When to use it
A cheaper alternative to Clarity Vx DeReverb and UNVEIL. Its manual mode makes it more usable on music than the dialogue-only AI de-reverbs; for dialogue with noise too, Acon's Extract:Dialogue 2 handles both in one plugin.
